Great place to stay in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area with easy access to the attractions & the Great Smoky Mountains NP but tucked far enough away from the craziness of the traffic & crowds. Spectacular! We stayed in the Hideaway Springs Suite and enjoyed every minute. Everything was clean and the small details were fun to find and enjoy. Breakfast was delicious and fit dietary needs. The ponds were beautiful. So quiet! The staff was all friendly and helpful. Kerri served us breakfast both mornings and cleaned the room. Such a cheerful, helpful person! Looking forward to going back again some day.
