Perched atop a hillside and 33 acres, this country elegant lodge was built from the ground up as a bed and breakfast resort-inn and was opened in 2000. We are consistently rated as one of the best places to stay in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.

Berry Springs Lodge in Tennessee defies the old “it’s lonely at the top” adage. Perched atop a hillside and 33 acres, this country elegant lodge was built from the ground up as a bed and breakfast resort-inn and was opened in 2000. Guests can mingle in the great room where a towering stone fireplace reaches to the vaulted ceiling or settle in on their own private deck. The eleven rooms and two suites at Berry Springs Lodge each offer a private bath, seating area, WIFI, and 50" Roku TVs and DVD players with over 900 titles. But more importantly, each room has a mountain view.
The Berry Springs Lodge gives new meaning to “room with a view”. Four of the rooms offer a Hot Tubs, which comes in mighty handy after a day of hiking through the woods, fishing in the ponds on property or toting bags through the nearby outlet malls.
Though only a short distance from Dollywood, shopping, and area attractions, Berry Springs Lodge is light years from the fray. It’s the best of both worlds…it’s right there for those who want the myriad of options in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg, but well away for those who come for the peace, quiet and beauty of the Smokies. For those who choose not to leave the property, hiking trails, bass and catfish ponds, ping pong, horseshoes and crochet offer plenty of adventure.

Breakfast at the Lodge!
We serve breakfast each morning in our dinning room from 8am to 9:30am. Your are welcome to sit at an intimate table for two or at the large group table in the center of the dinning room. We serve a filling country gourmet breakfast each morning, but if something lighter is appealing try our fresh fruit plate or baked old fashioned oatmeal.
You may be served one of these gourmet selections
Belgian Waffles piled high with fresh sliced strawberries and bananas, whipped cream and pecans. A side helping of perfectly-baked sliced bacon. And fresh baked honey raisin bran muffins.
Western Saddle Scramble includes skillfully arranged sweet peppers, savory sausage, cheese and topped with a mild salsa. To accompany with fresh baked buttermilk biscuits and a cheesy baked hash brown casserole. For starters a delightfully taste tempting cinnamon pear halves and freshly sliced homemade carrot cake bread will tantalize your taste buds.
Almond Baked Stuffed French Toast embraces a cream cheese and almond blend, delectable sliced French bread griddled to perfection overlaid with macerated strawberries, whipped cream, toasted almond slivers and a dusting of powdered sugar. A generous helping of honey baked ham.
Omelets Olean lets you create it your own combination. Choose from cheddar cheese, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, ham, bacon, and sour cream can be included for your own custom made omelet. Along with "northern" fired potatoes and home style __ sliced toast and banana fosters alamode. Breakfast is Always Included in Nightly Rate

Are you planning a hike, a leisurely drive in the National Park or just staying here at the lodge and relaxing? We offer boxed or backpack lunches.
You can choose from the following:
Turkey Wrap; Oven Roasted Turkey, Provolone Cheese, Lettuce Tomato, Mayonnaise wrapped in a Flour Tortilla.
Ham & Cheese; Baked hickory ham & swiss cheese with honey mustard, lettuce, tomato on honey wheat bread.
Chicken Salad; Chicken Salad with chopped walnuts, celery, raisins, provolone cheese, tomato, lettuce on farmhouse white bread.
All lunches include pickle, chips, fruit, dessert and a beverage.

Dinner at the Lodge!
How about a "Romantic Dinner Basket" for two. Enjoy the beautiful ambiance of the mountainous landscape from the "Mountain View Pavilion" as you serve yourself to a unique dinning experience. You have a choice of a juicy, tender grilled Ribeye Steak, an Atlantic Salmon fillet or a fresh boneless skinless chicken breast served with either a baked white or sweet potato. A medley of grilled seasoned vegetables, seasoned twisted bread sticks, appetizer and a sinful dessert to finish the evening.

When it comes to decor, Berry Springs Lodge maintains the balancing act, steadily walking a line that demarcates rustic and luxurious. Each bedroom has its own color and decorating scheme, ranging from the more feminine, soothing yellows of the Sunrise Springs room to the more masculine, southwest motif of the Colorado Springs room. The other rooms are filled in with a spectrum of blues, reds, greens and earth tones. The furnishings and accent pieces are easy on the eyes and far from spartan. From the plush king and queen beds and oversized lounge chairs in the guest rooms to the sofas, fixtures and dining tables in the lodge’s common areas, visitors are surrounded by a decorating theme that could best be described as “country elegant.”

We specialize in intimate romantic wedding ceremony that will make your momentous day simply perfect and stress free. Services offered can be as simple as providing a Minster to a complete package that includes a photographer, romantic lodging in a luxury suite and a beautifully decorated wedding cake.
Imagine a backdrop setting of a beautiful Smoky Mountain top vista as you promise your devotion to the one you love. In the evening an inviting carved mahogany rice bed, two-person whirlpool, spacious master bath, cozy living room with a fireplace and a private deck to view the spectacular Smoky Mountain sunset awaits you.
Packages are designed for small intimate weddings accommodating from 2 to 15 guests for the ceremony. We can also accommodate larger groups up to 50 guests with receptions. Please call for additional information.

The refreshing Tennessee Smoky Mountain atmosphere at Berry Springs Lodge is a great alternative to the enclosed environment of the typical meeting area. The beautiful setting will stimulate employee brainstorming and imagination. Our brand new conference room can accommodate up to 14 for meetings and the dining room is ideal for larger groups. The two living room areas also make great meeting areas and break out session areas. Each of the rooms have a data port connection and the entire lodge is equipped with wireless internet.
Training sessions , study groups, executive seminars, and corporate retreats can be hosted here, effectively combining business and the comforts of a country inn. We have over 1,500 square feet of outside deck space, over 2,000 square feet of living and dinning room area and 33 acres of rolling hills, 14 seat conference room, library, walking trails and open fields for group activities. In addition we can provide audiovisual aids, easels, flip charts, on site fax service, and PC/Modem/Printer.
