The 50-acre property includes trails along the Battenkill River, patios overlooking the mountains, a vegetable farm open for walking and grazing, along with a seasonal pool & hot tub. The recently restored accommodations feature inn rooms and private cottages that blend modern and bucolic design. Dining at Hill Farm's restaurant, Grange, is a culinary celebration of time and place in Southern Vermont. Chef Austin Poulin crafts menus inspired by what is coming out of the ground.

We stayed at Hill Farm Inn for 2 days on a recent cross country trip. We had a wonderful, relaxing time there. The house and grounds are beautiful as are the views of the surrounding countryside. Stayed here with family for our first visit to Vermont and we fell in love with it! This modern farmhouse style hotel is extremely cozy and welcoming. The complementary breakfast was beyond delicious especially with everything locally sourced. Definitely worth it and definitely coming back here for more than one night!
