Guest Reviews

Very comfy rooms. Although the pillows were a bit stiff. The breakfast in the morning was very tasty. The service was attentive and friendly. It was a nice walk to the other building that served the breakfast. We lucked out in the weather department. In early September it was in the low 60s. So the block and a half walk was refreshing. Don't know about summer or winter though.

We had a wonderful stay at the Barrows House Inn. Renee the manager is really awesome! She will help you out right away if need be. Also Austrid was very helpful and a great waitress. Everyone at the Inn was very good and helpful.

We love returning to the Barrows House at least twice a year. And we’ve been doing it for the past 40 years!!! I have to admit …. It gets better and better. This time dinner food was culinary perfection ! Everything was perfect and that’s not easy to insure . Can’t wait to get back there again soon.

My wife and I stayed at The Barrows House for my youngest sons wedding. Everything about our stay was first class. Our little cottage, the food, and the staff. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. I would love to do it all over again. Maybe next year for the newlyweds first anniversary :)

We were part of a wedding party that rented out the whole property and it was fantastic. Very cozy and clean, charming. Beds are comfortable. There’s a tennis/pickle ball court in the back it’s awesome. Down the street is a quarry you can swim in. The town of Dorsett is very sweet.
