Staying at this bed and breakfast hosted by Craig and Karen was an absolute delight from start to finish. They are truly incredible hosts—welcoming, thoughtful, and clearly passionate about creating a memorable experience for their guests. Their attention to detail is exceptional; every little touch throughout the property made the stay feel special and carefully curated. The house itself is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and instantly feels like a peaceful retreat. The gardens are equally stunning—well cared for, and a joy to wander through. We stayed in the Charlottesville suite, which was spacious, well decorated, and featured an amazing jetted tub. Also, the sheets were SO soft we went and bought the same set after we left! It’s obvious how much pride Craig and Karen take in their B&B, and it shows everywhere you look. The location is also wonderfully convenient, making it easy to explore Asheville and surrounding towns while still enjoying a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Craig and Karen had great recommendations for things to do nearby (for example, bike trails, breweries, cute towns, etc.). And of course, their fourth course (singing/piano performance) was fantastic! They're incredibly talented and this bed and breakfast strikes the perfect balance between comfort, charm, and elegance. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. If you’re looking for a beautiful property, outstanding hospitality, and hosts who genuinely go above and beyond, Craig and Karen’s B&B is a true gem.

My 3 night stay at the Tiffany Bed and Breakfast in the middle of October was excellent and surpassed all expectations. I usually don’t write reviews for hotels but my visit was exceptional and so I wanted to share my experience / highlight what makes this a special place. For context, I’m in my lates 20s from New York City and was traveling alone to do some hiking. I’ve stayed in a lot of 5 star hotels over the years but I’ll always have fond memories of my stay at this B&B. #1 - The owners. The husband and wife who own and manage the property are a wonderful couple. They are gracious hosts who go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and have clearly invested a lot of love and attention to detail in the property. After breakfast each morning (more below) they take time to mingle and chat with their guests. They are interesting, vivacious, and professional - their approach makes the home feel like an intimate retreat. With that said, the atmosphere is also conducive to solitude and privacy and the owners strike the right balance. #2 - The breakfast. The breakfast is standout - some of the best dishes I’ve tasted recently. Everything is fresh and the owners have some really unique recipes that are impressive and innovative. They also have desert with each breakfast which is fun. Breakfast is served at a large table so you will end up mingling with the other guests. Appreciate this may not be what everybody is looking for, but the owners do a great job of making everyone feel welcome and I personally found it fun to meet the other guests. But what makes breakfast truly unique is that it ends with music. The owners are both musicians and will treat you to 10 minutes or so of live music. They are both talented and this is a special and unique way to start your morning #3 - The property. My room was very clean and comfortable. I stayed in the Beaufort room, and in my opinion, the pictures on their website don’t the do the room justice. There were a lot of nice subtle touches that make the room feel homey. The property is also beautiful and very peaceful - there is a nice trail in the woods behind where you can walk through the shade. #4 - Location. The location is excellent. You are about a 20min drive from the entrance of Pisgah Forrest / access to Blue Ridge Parkway and a 30min drive to Asheville. Hendersonville is only 15mins away. However the property is nestled on a quiet road that feels remote Overall, I would highly recommend anyone to stay here if they are looking for a truly exceptional and unique bed and breakfast experience. Mid to late October is also a great time to visit as the leaves are changing.

A Truly Memorable Stay at Bed & Breakfast on Tiffany Hill After a full week at a business conference, my spouse and I (married 39 years) were in need of a real break before heading home. Bed & Breakfast on Tiffany Hill turned out to be exactly what we needed—and more. We found Tiffany Hill through Select Registry, which has never let us down, and this stay was no exception. From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtfully curated and genuinely welcoming. The Seaside Room accommodations were absolutely top-notch. Every detail—from the décor to the comfort of the bed—spoke of quality and care. It was peaceful, spotless, and truly felt like a retreat rather than just a place to sleep. The three-course breakfasts were excellent both mornings: beautifully presented, delicious, and more than enough to start the day right. I had thought of this B&B as the kind of place that might be “dinner and a show,” but it turned out to be even better described as “breakfast and a show.” During our stay, I celebrated a birthday, and our hosts, Craig and Karen, made it unforgettable. They not only played and sang “Happy Birthday” to me, but also treated us to additional opera-themed pieces. It was charming, personal, and unlike anything we’ve experienced at other inns—a truly unique touch. On their recommendation, we tried Root & Bone for dinner, and it was one of the best meals we’ve had in quite some time. We really appreciated the thoughtful local suggestion; it paired perfectly with the overall experience. Although we only stayed two nights, we left already planning a longer return visit. Bed & Breakfast on Tiffany Hill is not just a place to stay—it’s an experience. Craig and Karen are beginning a series of holiday-themed small concerts on select evenings, and we will definitely be watching their schedule so we can come back and enjoy one (or more!) of those events in person. And one final tip: when you visit, be sure to look for the “white squirrel” that lives on or near the property. Spotting it was a fun little bonus to an already special stay. In summary, Bed & Breakfast on Tiffany Hill delivered rest, celebration, wonderful food, and heartfelt hospitality after our weeklong conference. We highly recommend it and are already looking forward to our next visit.
