Mansfield, and is carefully managed to provide all of the creature comforts of today while respecting the unique character of this historic inn. We are a four season destination for all Stowe has to offer!

Had a one night stay that we planned last/minute to snowboard at Stowe. This place is perfection. From the beautiful exterior, quaint indoor decor, and our room with a Mountain View. The hot tub was an added bonus. Breakfast was AMAZING. I have nothing negative to say about the Brass Lantern…I just wished we could have stayed longer! We will most definitely stay here on our trips to Stowe.

This inn is lovely. Our room was delightful. We had a nice fireplace, couch, and bathtub! The inn is very close to the town of Stowe, Waterbury, and the ski mountain. The service was outstanding. As a vegan they made sure to accommodate my dietary preferences and the food was delicious. I’m so grateful for the brass lantern inn’s hospitality

Great experience all around! Very kind hosts followed up by great food and clean and cozy rooms! Location is close to downtown. Even though we were close to the road there was almost no noticeable road noise. Dog friendly but no intrusive noise if anyone is sensitive to that. Hot tub was relaxing and clean and quite honestly this was one of the best bed and breakfast experiences I’ve...See More
