Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. We kindly ask that all guests arrive no later than 9:00 PM. (If you are unable to arrive within this window, special arrangements can be made in advance with the front desk)

Is breakfast included?
Yes — breakfast is included with every overnight stay. All guests enjoy a complimentary gourmet breakfast served daily in our sunroom, or delivered to your guestroom upon request. At this time we serve breakfast exclusively for overnight guests.

Do you have on-site dining for lunch or dinner?
We currently serve breakfast only for overnight guests. For lunch and dinner, we are happy to provide restaurant recommendations nearby, including our sister property, Tara – A Country Inn.

Do you offer spa services to the public? How far in advance should I reserve spa treatments?
Yes! Our spa welcomes both overnight guests and day guests! We recommend booking in advance, as appointments fill quickly. We suggest at least 2-3 weeks ahead, especially for weekends or couples' services.

Does Buhl Mansion Guesthouse & Spa allow children?
To maintain a peaceful, romantic atmosphere, Buhl Mansion welcomes overnight guests aged 18 and over. Please call and speak to our front desk about spa services for guests under 18 years of age.

Are pets allowed at Buhl Mansion Guesthouse & Spa?
For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted, with the exception of ADA-recognized service animals.

Is the property wheelchair accessible?
Certain areas of the mansion are accessible - however, due to the historic nature of the building, not all areas of the mansion offer full accessibility. Please contact us directly so we can assist you.

What is the cancellation policy at Buhl Mansion Guesthouse & Spa in Sharon, PA?
Cancellations for overnight stays made 7 days or more prior to arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! Buhl Mansion gift cards are available in any dollar amount and may be redeemed for overnight accommodations, spa services and products, or gift shop purchases. Gift cards may be purchased online through our website or in person at the mansion. (Please note that all gift cards are physical cards — digital or e-certificates are not available at this time.)

Do you host wedding or elopements?
Absolutely! Buhl Mansion specializes in weddings of 120 people or less, as well as smaller weddings, elopements, vow renewals and intimate celebrations. Customized packages are available year-round.

What are the best nearby restaurants for lunch or dinner close to Buhl Mansion Guesthouse & Spa?
We recommend our sister property — Tara, A Country Inn — which features two dining options: Stonewall’s Tavern, offering a relaxed and casual atmosphere or Ashley’s, an elegant fine dining experience available on weekends only. Additional local favorites include Muscarella’s Café, Hickory Grille, The Chophouse (Warren, OH), Elephant #8, and Talbot’s Taproom & Terrace.

Can I tour the mansion?
Outside guests are welcome to explore the public areas of the mansion, including the first floor and the surrounding grounds. Please call ahead. Guided history tours are offered several times throughout the year in partnership with the Sharon Historical Society. Group and bus tours may also be arranged based on availability — please call us directly for more information or to schedule a visit.

Of course! We offer complimentary on-site parking for all guests in our private parking lot. Access is available via East State Street or through the side entrance on Buhl Court for your convenience.

Does Buhl Mansion Guesthouse & Spa have a restaurant, bar, or lounge onsite?
Unfortunately, we do not have a full restaurant or bar on-site. We do offer breakfast service, as well as afternoon tea and a hospitality hour featuring champagne and hors d’oeuvres on weekends for all overnight guests. Our fully stocked liquor cabinet is also available, and our staff will be happy to provide wine, mixed drinks, or beer upon request.

How many beds do your guestrooms feature and what is the occupancy for each room?
Each of our 10 guest rooms features one bed per room, either king or queen-sized, with a maximum occupancy of two guests. For accommodations requiring an additional occupant, please contact us directly. Rollaway beds may be available for certain rooms at an additional cost and with advance notice.
