The Basics

A unique 11 room bed and breakfast inn with a million-dollar view.  The inn sit at the foot of the famous Bell Rock and ten of the rooms face this and other red rocks.  Besides the unbelievable view and the great hiking trails within walking distance of the inn, the breakfast is often the highlight of the stay. Guests have described the breakfast as "delicious", "wonderful" and "amazing".

Canyon Villa welcomes our guests between 3:00-5:30 daily. Late arrivals welcome call for details.

What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served in our main dining room amidst the red rocks from 8:00am - 9:30am


Do the guest rooms have refrigerators?
Yes. Each room is equipped with a mini fridge, perfect for leftovers, bottles of wine and snacks.


Is there a coffee maker in the room?
No, But there is a Keurig and an electric tea kettle for our guests to use 24/7


Do you allow children?
Canyon Villa prides itself on being a peaceful place to relax, therefor we allow teenagers 14 years and older.


Can I walk to the hiking trails?
Yes, we are walking distance to Bell Rock & Courthouse Butte trailheads as well as some lesser known trails right in our back yard.


What is your cancelation policy?
Our standard room rate cancelation policy is 30 days prior to arrival. We also offer an insured rate which offers a 72 hour window for cancelations.


Do you have a room with more than one bed?
For friends travelling together we offer a first floor room with two twin beds. This rooms is called Indian Paintbrush and can be reserved online.


Do you have an elevator?
No, Canyon Villa does not have an elevator, if you have mobility issues we highly suggest you reserve one of the first floor rooms.


Do you allow pets?
No, I'm sorry, as much as we love animals, Canyon Villa is not pet friendly.


Can I bring my service dog?
Yes, Service dogs that perform a specific task or service are permitted. The dog MUST be with the guest at all times and never left alone their room.
