Canyon Villa is beautiful with quaint, well-kept, clean rooms with stunning views of Bell Rock and the Sedona landscape. The rooms themselves boast a cozy bed, classic Bed and Breakfast feel, with updated showers as well as typical amenities. The “lobby” is truly a cozy living room equipped with a double-sided stone fireplace, travel literature, and telescopes adjacent to a tiny library with comfy chairs. Hummingbirds frequent the feeders right outside the dining windows, and they are such a gift to behold punctuating the backdrop of the iconic Sedona red rocks. The location is steps away from delicious restaurant spots and the Bell Rock hike, and it’s a short drive to anything else you could need. However, Nicole and Kris are truly the highlight of this gem in Sedona. They are attentive and genuine, offering suggestions and recommendations tailored to our individual interests. They are gracious hosts going above and beyond to ensure that all needs are met and the stay exceeds expectations. On top of this, Kris is an exceptional chef. His meals are unique and memorable from his decadent orange French toast to his savory muffins, he leaves no opportunity unturned to enhance the flavor and quality of his dishes. He is excellent with addressing food allergy concerns, and every dish is thoughtfully and intentionally crafted. We came back to this location not just for the incredible aesthetic and feel, but truly because of the warmth and kindness we felt from Nicole and Kris. You will not regret booking a stay, and we are already planning our next (and third!) stay there!

While we only stayed 1 night, we hiked a few miles around Bell Rock shortly after our arrival. The room was awesome and the breakfast in the morning had the perfect sized portions and was very tasty. Chris and Nicole are the best hosts and very informative on the best sites of the area! We will be back for a longer stay next time.

The room was relatively large, with an open concept bathroom. The balcony was great to step out and take in the impressive views. The hosts are very friendly. Breakfast is included and the portion size was adequate, but if you have a large appetite you may still feel hungry afterwards. The common space is warm and inviting, with a fireplace. You can use the common space to heat up food or to make some coffee or tea. They even have a library and workspace. There is a pool but it was too cold while we were there to use it. Overall, we had a lovely stay here.
