Casa de Suenos

Already planning on when I can return, and I haven't even left the grounds yet. Worth every single cent. The convenience of being within walking distance of the main attractions (Ripleys, jail, Castillo San Marcos) is a huge deal, but you're spitting distance from St George Street. We've barely had to use our car since parking it. And the customer service? Incredible. These women are friendly as all get out, super helpful, and just bring a vibe that you don't always see with big chain hotels. The rooms are beautiful, the beds are comfortable. I've never slept on a couch pull-out bed that's actually soft and comfy, but I did here. The closed-in porch is great for porch sitting and people watching. And the accommodations? Social hour at 5, complimentary sherry for after dinner, an incredible, homemade breakfast that's included. On weekends they do mimosas and bloody Mary's. Coffee, tea, and hot cocoa are always available. I can't speak highly enough of this place, truly, and highly recommend it to anyone traveling this way. If you can't get into this one, their sister site, St. Francis, I'm sure provides just as incredible of an experience.

Last night my adult son and I stayed at the Casa de Suenos Bed and Breakfast. I have worked in St.. Augustine for years and have always been intrigued with this bed and breakfast, and I must say it was everything I could have hoped for. From the delicious home cooked breakfast to the immaculate room, on-site parking, wonderful amenities, evening social hour, delicious nightly desserts, location, quiet, and most of all the friendly accommodating staff. Highly recommend for a unique perfect experience
