An Absolutely Wonderful Stay at The Chanticleer Inn!
WOW! Where do I even begin? What an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen somewhere special.
The Chanticleer Inn is truly a hidden gem! The building itself is so unique, with wonderful character and such a warm, charming atmosphere. It has that special feeling that makes you want to slow down, relax, and simply enjoy your surroundings.
Our room was absolutely ADORABLE, beautifully decorated, cozy, and spotlessly clean. Every little detail was thoughtfully planned, creating such a welcoming atmosphere.
The staff was PHENOMENAL! Everyone we encountered was genuinely friendly, courteous, and welcoming. You could truly feel their passion for hospitality!
And let's talk about the FOOD! The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and such a wonderful way to start our mornings. And those sweet little treats? OH MY GOODNESS! The cookies had to be some of the BEST I have had in a very long time! Seriously… SO GOOD! Those thoughtful little extras made our stay even more special.
Another wonderful feature was the fire pit at night. What a beautiful and relaxing way to end the day! The atmosphere was so peaceful and inviting, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time there.
And the LOCATION? You simply cannot beat it! The Chanticleer is located right across the street from Rock City and just a short distance from Ruby Falls and the Incline Railway. It was the perfect home base for exploring Lookout Mountain and Chattanooga!
As someone who truly appreciates hospitality and the little details that make a stay memorable, I was especially impressed by the love and care that went into everything. Nothing felt ordinary!
I honestly cannot say ENOUGH wonderful things about The Chanticleer Inn. It exceeded our expectations in every way, and we are so happy we chose to stay here during our Chattanooga adventure.
Would we return? In a HEARTBEAT!

This stay for my wife and I was incredible and very relaxing. The people who took care of us were certainly some of the nicest people and the food and accommodations were just lovely. We chose this BnB because it is right across the entry point to Rock City. I was stunned at the beauty and peacefulness of where we were and how close we were to great places to eat and fun things to do. We plan on making this BnB a regular stop and would encourage anyone who has the chance to stay here.

I had saved an old Instagram video of this place that someone had posted and we decided last minute to get away for the weekend. Absolutely loved staying here, it is so charming. Our room was excellent, spacious bathroom, very clean and strong a/c! Weekend breakfast was great and the pool was cool in the summer heat! Directly across the street from Rock City. Would definitely stay here again!

Staff is incredible just talk to them if you have any questions or needs.
Rooms dont have microwave or fridge(no leftovers!) Otherwise immaculately clean and the bed was allergy free and big!

Had whole rant but not good breakfast(we had waffle house on this trip better)
Second day asked for earliest breakfast 8am was earliest and we already will be leaving so in recap bed was above our expectations, breakfast well....
Overall good not great experience
We would try a different bed and BREAKFAST next time.
