Guest Reviews

Arianne and Scott are the best hostesses. We felt very comfortable. They are very friendly and accommodating. The room was very cozy and spacious. Our room had a fireplace that we could control and a separate sleeping area. It was lovely! The location is perfect. Several restaurants were minutes away and the Mount Snow is about a 4 minute drive. Definitely recommend this place. I cannot wait to come...See More

Ariane and Scott are thoughtful, amazing hosts! We stayed in the private, cozy, and romantic White Pine Room over this weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I highly recommend splurging on the wine and cheese platter. It was waiting for us when we arrived, and was just what we needed to greet us. The breakfasts served right in our room were scrumptious and very filling. Can't say enough great...See More

Where to start? My wife and I were in the area for a June destination wedding. I initially planned to stay in a hotel, but there were none within a reasonable distance of the site. I decided to risk the unknown of an inn and selected this one. To say we were stunned by the comfort, beauty and hospitality we experienced would be an understatement. Friendly and accommodating owner/operators,...See More

If you're looking for a nice relaxing weekend in the quaint hills of southern VT, look nowhere else. This place has kept it's authenticity and rustic charm for decades. With only a short drive, you can get to farmer's markets, farms, breweries, ice creameries, fine dining restaurants, or even a saloon. Not to mention an amazing breakfast included in your stay each morning. And the area is absolutely gorgeous....See More

My husband and two of our friends travel to Dover every summer and recently chose to try Deerhill Inn for the first time, with my spouse and I staying in the Tamarack room. The stay, from my very first call to confirm our late arrival, was absolutely phenomenal. Ariane and Scott are just as lovely, welcoming, and accommodating as the inn itself, and the grounds are stunning. It's clear...See More
