My girlfriend and I stayed at the Devonfield Inn for the first time this past weekend. I can't recommend it enough. Doug and Jim are tremendous hosts and do everything they can to make an exceptional stay. The breakfasts were fantastic. They provided a list of their favorite things to do in the area. We followed the list and you can't go wrong with those places. They provided us with one of their favorite hikes. We were very pleased with the hike. They had a Saturday evening wine, cheese, and dip event for 90 minutes where all guests were invited. It was a great way to meet the other guests and learn about them. They had music and both Doug and Jim had great voices singing some songs. We definitely plan on going back since Doug and Jim take care of every little detail to make the stay most enjoyable.

We’ve stayed at the Devonfield twice now, and can’t wait to go back again. Each time, our stay was perfect down to every detail. Doug and Jim are wonderful hosts and even better people, and truly care about the experience. The Inn is beautiful, and is set in the middle of a scenic Berkshire landscape. The rooms are unique and very comfortable (some are even pet-friendly!), and the breakfast is worth a trip all by itself. We’ve stayed in the fall (for a very special family event, which was PERFECT for so many reasons) and in the winter (for New Years, which was the most fun we’ve had on NYE in years). Each stay was a great value, every detail thoughtfully considered. I can’t recommend the Devonfield and its wonderful owners enough.
