Located only 3 miles from Mount Snow, and also close to Stratton Mountain, West Dover is a haven for skiers and snowboarders!
Historical Bennington, is a popular tourist destination with a walkable downtown, great restaurants, art and antiquing.
Bennington County is well-known for its five historic covered bridges, and they can all be explored in a single afternoon.

Molly Stark State Park contains two miles of trails. In winter, cross-country skis and snowshoes can be used on the foot trails and park roadways.

We had a nice stay here. Rooms were spacious but cozy, beds were very comfortable, having a mini fridge was helpful, the firewood quality was subpar as it wouldn’t burn and was too smoky. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was accommodating.

It’s everything I thought it would be and even a little more special. I was there in the off season for work reasons. The weather was not great so everything was quiet. I’m looking forward to going back to try the restaurant and amenities. It’s a really special location!
