Guest Reviews

Staying at the Smithton Inn was an enjoyable and relaxing experience. They are so incredibly nice and kind, and made me feel welcomed through every step of my stay. The rooms were homey and the beds were comfortable. They also had good toilet paper relative to other places I’ve stayed at. And the breakfast was really good as well. I particularly enjoyed the egg and sausage omelette / casserole....See More

Absolutely phenomenal experience at Smithton Historic Inn under the new ownership of Karen! From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that truly made us feel at home. The breakfast was amazing especially the homemade strawberry and lemon bread. Entertainment was another highlight of our stay, especially with the talented Peggy showcasing local talent. It added a special touch to our evenings...See More

This is a beautiful historic Inn, we loved our stay!! Rebecca was a wonderful host. The room (Tailors cottage) was perfect for my husband and golden retriever, spacious, super clean and cozy. We loved just hanging out by the fire at night. Will definitely be back! P.S. breakfast was amazing! And we also enjoyed the wine bar. Great staff!

We stayed at the Smithton Inn last summer and we loved it! First time staying in a bed & breakfast and it did not disappoint. Rebecca was very welcoming and helpful with her recommendations. We stayed in the Smithton Loft which exceeded my expectations. The breakfasts were amazing, 3 courses! We can't wait to come back!

Authentic historic character with modern amenities and cuisine. Room was spotless and cozy and even though it is historic everything has been beautifully maintained. The food here is so good we cancelled dinner plans at nearby hotspot to eat here instead. We would absolutely come back. This ticks all the boxes for us.
