Guest Reviews

We really enjoyed our three-night stay here. It's at least as charming as the photos make it look, with landscaping that feels miles from its walkable location (~15 minutes to the Plaza) and multiple patios and courtyards. Our room was cozy and comfortable, although I don't think I'd recommend the Igor Stravinsky room for anyone over 6' tall because of the low shower in the clawfoot tub. Breakfast each...See More

Just came off a nice littler trip to Santa Fe with my fiancé and we stayed at the Inn of the Turquoise Bear. This little spot (with a ton of history) is such a gem. The location is great (just a short walk into town) and in a somewhat secluded neighborhood area. Included breakfast was awesome, fresh and very flavorful. The other guests were all pleasant. My wife surprised me with a weekend getaway to Santa Fe, and chose this inn for our stay. I couldn't have been more pleased. We arrived later than expected, and the unattended check-in was a breeze. The staff were helpful before and during our stay, even warning us that restaurants might be busier than usual, with events in town, and suggesting we make reservations in advance.

Absolutely wonderful stay at Turquoise Bear for an anniversary getaway. The historical building, attention to detail, friendly service, all excellent. We walked all over town from this perfect home base. Just the right distance from the plaza for some peace and quiet, and the grounds are gorgeous!!!

A wonderfully unique stay at this historic inn. The rooms were both comfortable and elegant, the breakfasts were exceptional, the staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay all it could be.
