We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in room #5 it was beautifully decorated and the bed was so comfortable. Milan was so nice and welcoming. It was nice to stay at a quiet inn away from the hustle and bustle of Bar Harbor, but still be close to restaurants and shops and Acadia national park. Thank you!

We had the BEST stay here!! We stayed in the penthouse suite (Room #7) and it was worth every dime!! The website does not do it justice. The deck view is amazing and such a relaxing little spot. If you are looking for a stress-free night, with a short distance to Bar Harbor, this is the spot for you. We hardly ever want to plan to go on vacation in the same space twice, and we are already planning another trip here. HIGHLY recommend!

We were fortunate to stay in Room #5 which had gorgeous natural light, a lovely view of the harbor from the private porch, a wonderful soft king-size bed, and an updated spacious bathroom. The careful attention given to the modern interior decorating and furnishings make this charming classic inn unique and fun. The breakfast was delicious and filled us before we left each morning for nearby hikes in the park. We also enjoyed the hot tub after our walk and found the fireplace in the common area a perfect place to relax and write postcards. We also really appreciated the warmth and friendliness of Milan and Beth who oversaw our stay. It is apparent that they love what they do and relish giving their guests a special time while respecting their guests’ privacy. We hope to return for another visit in the future!

We stayed in room 7 and it was so worth it. The private hot tub on the rooftop deck was awesome. The staff was all really nice and accommodated our late arrival. We would definitely stay here again. I don’t regret at all not staying in Bar Harbor. It was so crowded when we were there. Acadia was really easy to get to as well.

The Lindenwood Inn was an amazing destination for our weekend getaway to Maine. It was a quiet seaside location, only 20min drive from Bar Harbor. The homemade breakfast was AMAZING.
