Literally the best place on earth. I would retire at this hotel if I could for the service alone. The service and everyone deserve a raise !!! THEY ARE AMAZING. the food was so delicious and I probably gained 10 lbs from all the delicious cookies I consumed that were baked fresh every day. Rooms are clean and my stay was one of my favorites ever. Will be back and would recommend!!!! Book now!!!

Every staff member we encountered seemed to be focused on making our experience the very best. The hotel is centrally located, the accommodations are new and clean and there are free snacks and water available 24/7. We are planning to return.

We've stayed at the Arms many times on our trips to Saratoga Springs. I wish every city had a hotel like this one! It has so much character, from the rooms to the dining room to the front porch (our favorite spot), you feel like you are in a different place and time when staying here. The staff is exceptional. In all of our stays we've only had 5 star staff encounters. They know how to make your stay effortless and they do their best to accommodate your every need. One really nice touch is that they have food/beverage station near reception so you can always get cold water (sparkling or still), soda and snacks on your way to your room. We will only stay at Saratoga Arms whenever we are in Saratoga Springs!

Our stay at Saratoga Arms was nothing short of phenomenal. The hotel, with its history and incredible renovation, manages to combine a “walking back in time” experience with every modern convenience. The staff was enthusiastic, helpful and truly professional. The breakfast was fantastic, with many delicious offerings and excellent service. We cannot wait for our next opportunity to stay at Saratoga Arms.
