We had a fabulous time. The food was excellent. All the employees were friendly, helpful and engaging. They treat everyone like family. We had a wonderful stay at St. Francis Inn. We stayed in the Cottage, a spacious two-bedroom, two-bath accommodation located right next to the pool, which made it especially convenient and relaxing. The property truly feels like stepping back in time. With original buildings dating back to 1791, history and charm are everywhere you look. The character of the inn is simply outstanding. We especially enjoyed the heated pool—perfect for relaxing after long walks exploring St. Augustine. The daily social hour with complimentary snacks and drinks was a lovely touch, and each morning’s fresh breakfast was delicious. The service was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The location, just a short walk from downtown and St. George Street, is incredibly convenient while still feeling quiet and peaceful. We also loved spending time on the shady patio—it was a perfect spot to unwind. We would absolutely stay here again.

Charming inn with very nice staff who go above and beyond to make sure their guests are comfortable and happy. We spent the night in Lily's Room and experienced a lot of spooky things. My sister had her braids played with, her wristlet flicked, a few auditory manifestations in the bathroom, I felt a strong and heavy presence in front of the sink, and at night, I felt the same heavy presence overwhelm me in the bed; I would liken the feeling to being tightly hugged. We really enjoyed the ghost tour with Jennifer - she was informative and fun! We also enjoyed the pool; we spent considerable time bonding over our experiences their. Thank you for the memories!

I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful bed and breakfast. It’s located in a quiet little area, just steps away from the hustle and bustle of the historic district. The hotel itself and the grounds are a beautiful little haven - it’s gorgeous here and so soothing! My room (the cottage) was PERFECT - comfy bed, big clawfoot tub, and a fireplace. All of the hotel amenities and services are fantastic - from the delicious breakfast, social hour, snacks, and desserts, to the cream sherry, to the courtyard, to the heated pool. My FAVORITE part of this hotel was interacting with the staff - they were so friendly, helpful, fun, and took time to chat with a lonely little solo traveler who just wanted to hang out at the hotel. Oh - and Houdini the cat. OH, and their rosè is SO good. (; I HIGHLY recommend staying here - it’s a full experience and I personally loved it SO so much! Thanks ladies for your hospitality!
