My wife and I visited the area for the first time over Labor Day weekend. We loved the entire island and especially The Addison. Great location and a great property. Very convenient to everything and really good food all around. Every breakfast at the inn was delicious. Thanks to Lisa and Ron, as they were fantastic. Highly recommend to anyone.

Charming bed and breakfast just off Center Street so shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Breakfast was served on the veranda or in the dining room and it was delicious. Ron and Lisa are exceptional B&B hosts. It’s obvious they put significant research into the characteristics which make a Bed and Breakfast special. We enjoyed meeting and mingling with other guests during cocktail hour, exploring the local neighborhood on foot, and using their bikes to explore Fort Clinch and Fernandina Beach. Our time was well spent at the Addison on Amelia.

Beautiful property with an amazing location! Ron and Lisa were awesome. Breakfast and happy hour were first class. The only reason we gave the room a four star was it would be nice to have a mini fridge in the room and a larger TV. Thank you!
