Guest Reviews

Had a great time in Charlotte and picked this inn as I was proposing to my girlfriend and she loves gardens. Even though it was raining, it still provided a great atmosphere and we loved our stay. The room was great and the bed was probably one of the most comfortable I have slept on if you like soft beds. We had heard so much of the breakfast served...See More

Me and my husband absolutely loved our stay! The room was gorgeous, the food was delicious and the staff was like family. Grace especially was a delight to talk with. I highly recommend staying here and plan on visiting again and again!

Beautiful historic home in the heart of Charlotte. The grounds are immaculate and open to the public - anyone can wonder around, you don’t need to be staying at the hotel. Definitely worth a visit! Ask the front desk for a map of the property. Great spot to spend a couple hours of an afternoon! Tons of gardens to explore.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating, the house was superb and very clean. Honeymoon vibes. Gardens even in the winter we're to die for. Highly recommend a night stroll through the gardens and around the neighborhood, very beautiful.

The staff is outstanding. I felt like royalty with each staff member. Breakfast made to order and the fruit was fresh and ripe. If you like a firm bed, bed will be perfect. I especially liked the pillows.
