Completed in 1948, this International Style home was commissioned by Lawrence and Eleanor Bloedel to house their expansive love of art. Today, the intimate six-room inn features original vintage furnishings, sculptures, and artwork from the couple's collection throughout, providing a well-preserved architectural escape in the Berkshires.

A group of us was fortunate to spend a few days at The Folly guest house, a 3-bedroom home that's part of Field Farm Reservation. The quiet and private location is stunning, overlooking a beautiful pond and with a gorgeous view of Mt. Greylock. Our room was serene, with lovely linens and a very comfortable bed. The home is a midcentury time capsule, filled with its original 60s furniture and stunning art. One of my favorite rooms is the conversation pit with a massive sculpture hanging from the ceiling. We hope to return!

The Guest House at Field Farm is truly a magical place. It feels like walking back in time, with all the comforts and luxury of home. Erin, the innkeeper, was so nice and took great care of us. She kept us well fed with a delicious breakfast and was always available but gave us total privacy. The best part of our stay was the walk in the woods and exploring the grounds. We couldn't have had a nicer time! Thank you so much, and we will definitely return.

The only *possible* thing more delightful than the guest house and its incredible grounds is the amazingly warm and attentive staff. Go with high expectations of everything and prepare to have them exceeded. We downtown nights and wish we’d had more. Beauty. Tranquility. Comfort. Excellence. Enjoy!

If you hate cozy, quaint Berkshire B&Bs, then the Guesthouse at Field Farm is the place for you.
Set in over 300 acres of lawns, sculpture, walking trails and farmland, the Guesthouse is a modernist exception to the ubiquitous chintz. The rooms are spacious and bright. They are set out with mid-century period furniture and all the contemporary amenities including inviting public spaces.
Just a 10 minute drive to Williams College and the Clark Art Institute, the Guesthouse is in the middle of nowhere and close to everything.

Gorgeous property, secluded and immersed in nature, but just a few minutes from shops, restaurants, museums. We did MASS MOCA, Mt Greylock, The Clark during our weekend stay with plenty of time to just enjoy the Guest House and grounds. Breakfast was spectacular, made-to-order. Gallery room was spacious and beautiful, very comfortable beds. Can't wait to go back!
