My mom and I recently stayed at The Homestead, each getting our own room, and we could not have had a better experience 5 star stay from start to finish! The property is warm, cozy and incredibly inviting. Our immaculate rooms were spacious and featured luxurious amenities, including record players in each room, which we loved! The vitamin infused shower head and heated toilet seat and bidet were nice treats that made you feel even more relaxed. Breakfast was delicious and having all day snacks available was a great touch! We enjoyed sitting around the breakfast table chatting with other guests and the owner Ralph- it created a lovely atmosphere. The real star of the show was the service! Brit was exceptionally sweet and gave great dinner recommendations, truly everyone on staff was a joy to talk to. Of course Hartman completely stole the show! We had a wonderful trip and can’t wait to go back!!

Beautifully and uniquely appointed rooms. Comfortable beds and real towels. There are bikes available for use as well as beach towels and disc golf. Breakfast is buffet style but they will cook you up some eggs if you choose. Very eclectic decor. Interesting to just walk around and look at all the vintage items that have been collected.

We had an amazing stay at The Homestead Bed & Breakfast! The vibes were incredible from the moment we arrived. Ralph, Eva, and the entire Homestead team were so welcoming and genuinely made us feel at home. We loved getting to chat with them throughout our stay. We only stayed one night but wished our stay was longer! The house itself is beautiful and packed with well-curated amenities. It doesn't look like your typical bed and breakfast. Instead, it feels modern, bright, and thoughtfully designed while still being warm and inviting. There were plenty of things to do both at the property and nearby. Some of our favorite touches were the record player in every room, the vitamin infused shower heads, and the towel warmer. It was such a unique feature that really added to the experience. Hammonasset Beach State Park is also just a short drive away and was absolutely lovely, making it easy to enjoy some time by the water during our trip. And we can't forget Heartman, the adorable Snorkie, who completely stole our hearts! If you're looking for a relaxing, charming getaway with wonderful hosts and plenty of character, we can't recommend The Homestead highly enough. We can't wait to come back!

We had such a wonderful experience at the Homestead! It is set back from the road in a private, peaceful setting. The house is very clean, comfortable and cozy all at the same time. Creative and fun touches all over the place, never leaving you bored. Came for a mother/daughter getaway and enjoyed sitting around the fireplace, listening to records in the room, hanging with Heartman, and chatting over a delicious breakfast and coffee with Ray and Ralph. I haven't stayed at a b&b in a while and this made me want to do it again for sure! Our room was modern and comfortable. Heated toilet seats and a bidet (say what?!) and a spa-like shower head. Left feeling relaxed and wishing we could stay one more night. We came on a rainy day otherwise we would have tried out some of the outdoor activities (they had fire pits, disc golf, cornhole, etc). Everything was literally perfect about our stay and exceeded expectations, and I'd love to go back.
