We loved our stay here last year. Rooms were clean and we loved the balcony and fireplace. The only odd thing that I forgot to mention at checkout was that the shower knob kept slowly turning down to the cold side so we used my wife's hair tie to hold it in place. Lovely place to spend a cozy winter weekend. The breakfast and dessert were delicious. The room was cozy and clean. Staff even put salt around our vehicle so that we could easily get in and out.
This was our first time staying at the Hotel Saugatuck and we will definitely return. Came for an anniversary getaway and were Very happy with both the staff and the accommodations. Room and grounds were lovely and our breakfast was delivered timely every morning. I understand why the hotel Saugatuck has received so many great reviews, We’re looking forward to coming back!
