The property is large and makes it feel like you are far from civilization, but in fact you’re only about 5 minutes from the amusement park and all of the shops, restaurants, and bars. We only stayed 1 night and given the opportunity I would stay a minimum of 2 nights at this beautiful inn. The room was well appointed and we...See More

My wife and I have stayed at the Oakwood Inn a few times and we always have a wonderful experience. Bill and Bridget do an outstanding job. The breakfast is always fantastic, and we always come away feeling relaxed and refreshed. We would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful get away!

My husband and I stayed there for a couple of nights earlier this week. We were in the 3rd floor suite a had a private terrace. We loved sitting out there, sipping wine, watching the birds, and enjoying the view gardens. Bridget and Bill were great hosts/Innkeepers. The breakfast was a really special event. I highly recommend.
