Located in the historic district of Cape May, the B&Bs are upscale accommodations, mostly Victorian houses.
Situated off of Ocean Street, the Queen Victoria is very popular, decorated with period antiques and furniture. They feature AC for the summer and a gas fireplace in winter with delicious breakfast and afternoon tea.
My partner and I stayed at the Hampton Court suite in the Prince Albert Hall on the Queen Victoria’s grounds as first-timers this weekend. It definitely did not disappoint. The room was clean, cozy, quaint, at the right temperature, and had everything we needed.
It was conveniently within a walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants. Bikes, beach chairs, and beach towels were provided to all guests.
The staff were very nice and helpful, especially Samantha. We had arrived late after the front desk closed. She greeted us Saturday morning and was very informative.
This establishment is an ideal choice for couples, weekend getaways with friends, and families with well-behaved children.
This B&B is absolutely beautiful, a true Victorian experience! The rooms are very clean and comfortable! A great location 1 block from the beach and 1 block to Washington St.

We had a wonderful time there. The staff was fantastic. The location is ideal - close to the beach, Washington Square shopping, restaurants, etc. It's a short ride to the lighthouse area and the Museum of Arts and Science which people shouldn't miss.
The breakfasts were ample and delicious. My only criticism is that there is no overnight parking adjacent to the property. In busy season, you may need to park several blocks away, although there are a few spots on hotel property where you can load and unload your belongings.
The staff was very helpful, and the appointment of the rooms and common areas live up to the name.

My husband and I stayed here for our mini-moon, and it was a 5 star experience. First, the staff were so nice and personable. The concierge was honest with us by telling us our room was having issues with the AC, and she offered us another room. We stayed with our originally reserved room and did end up having issues with the AC, but the handyman was on it so quickly and the issue was resolved. The room was clean and the shower had great water pressure.
We were also pleased with some of the extras, including the mini fridge stocked with soda and water. There was also a pantry that had more beverages and an ice machine to fill up your cooler. They provided bikes, beach chairs and beach towels. The breakfast was excellent.
The location was also perfect. Short walk to the beach, even shorter walk to the shops and restaurants.
I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family
