A note for anyone with dogs: They are a dog friendly establishment but they only have 2 rooms that are dog friendly. There is an exception if you may have a service or therapy dog. I'm not going to criticize the establishment on that. I just wanted to make this note if you're looking for a place to stay for a vacation with your dog.
Would 100% reccomend anyone to check out this place

Beautiful Place close to the lake, the rooms have an old time feel but a modern style comfort. The restaurant food is excellent, included breakfast is menu style and delicious. Recommend for a couple getaway or just a place to come and leave the hustle and bustle behind. Property grounds are well maintained, hiking and winery near by. Service went of their way to accommodate. Loved our stay.

Also included in our stay was access to their sister sites which includes a pool and free paddle boards/kayaks just a short drive away. Other daily activities were available. I had a wonderful time at the restaurant with my brother, his wife, and my at the time boyfriend. The food was wonderful and tasty. Little did I know after dinner my boy friend asked me to marry him in the gazebo out back. If you are looking to ask your special someone the big question, I highly suggest the back yard space!
