Guest Reviews

I had a wonderful stay at The Whaler’s Inn. The staff were welcoming and kind, the location is perfect, the room was very comfortable, and everything was spotless. During our visit, my son experienced a seizure and became unsettled. Out of courtesy to other guests, I went to check out early, fully understanding and expecting that their no-refund policy would apply. To my surprise, the staff showed great compassion...See More

Can’t beat this hotel for a stay in Mystic! Clean, modern and a hint of casual beach luxury made it extra special! the free cookies were a delight if you are lucky to snag one, and the coffee and tea at the ready was a bonus for our tired minds late afternoon! Great gathering spaces too if you need some time away from the room and outside!

As far as I am concerned, there is no other place to stay in Mystic! Upon arrival, the beauty and the history of the Whaler’s Inn truly left us in awe! We were greeted by the kindest staff and we were even walked to our suite. We stayed in the Mallory suite of the 1865 house and Oh my gosh! This “room” was huge! The children had their own...See More

From the check in to the check out, the process was fantastic. The staff was always attentive, greeting us with a smile and a 'yes I can do that' attitude. The hotel was very clean, well appointed, close to everything in town, easy on site parking. The rooms were big, clean, bed comfortable, bathroom had plenty of space to lay our toiletries on. Cant wait to come back

Had a great couple nights at the Whaler's Inn. We stayed in the main house. The rooms were so lovely. There were thoughtful amenities, such as a complimentary coffee bar and delicious chocolate chip cookies in the lobby and glasses of local winery wines for sale. We were here for my sister's wedding and had a really great stay. You genuinely cannot beat the location (plus parking included!!) -...See More
