This year, (2026) was our 10th year coming back to the Woolverton Inn for a long winter weekend getaway. As true with every visit, the room was comfortable, clean, and inviting, and the breakfasts were delicious. The service and staff are impeccable. The in-room hot tubs are especially nice during cold winter weekends. We have stayed in all of the cottages, and most of the Manor house rooms, a few, more than one time. All are fantastic, it's hard to choose favorite. The location is great for enjoying the multitude of restaurants, antique stores and art galleries in Lambertville, New Hope and the greater Bucks County area. We are already looking forward to our visit #11, 2027.

My wife and I came for a quick 2 night January getaway and couldn’t have had a better time. We relaxed, read, and watched the snow from our room. It was perfect. The breakfasts were amazing, and all of the staff were wonderful. So were the sheep! Having a gourmet restaurant just a few steps from our room was tremendous as well. We will definitely be back soon.

My husband and I were in such need of a reset and relaxing time post holiday craze especially as owners of two businesses, the down time was due. Woolverton inn was exactly what we needed and then some. Firstly the absolutely stunning aesthetics of the property are just breathtaking the moment you pull onto it. You feel the calm, peace, friendliness, charm & coziness of it all. The manor house is quite literally a time capsule that is so beautifully maintained & cured to that historic standard, really just wow wow wow. Kris (apologies if i am misspelling her name) one of the innkeepers was so wonderful in checking us in with our dog nero into the garden cottage that took our breath away & totally exceeded all expectations. Not to mention a puppy basket for our boy which was well received with a wagging tail at the bowls & treats; so so sweet! The cottage was something out of a storybook and gave us such a perfect winter cozy feel where we really got to enjoy the town of new Hope right over the bridge & all its wonderful places to explore. Speaking of explore the trail to go enjoy the walks throughout the day and waive to the darling sheep on property was just really such a cherry on top. Now the restaurant, bravo to the chef and staff; absolutely delicious I will be dreaming of that potato soup & duck waffle, and the pot pie & prime rib were chefs kiss, no pun intended. At checkout I had the pleasure of saying goodbye to Kris, meeting one of the owners mario & had a lovely conversation with Mary the other owner on our second day when she made sure we got to enjoy a fantastic breakfast. Woolverton inn; you are every bit of perfection, tip top hospitality, and catering to needs of your guests and their furry companions. We cannot wait to be back for our next getaway & look forward to seeing you all soon. Our stay at the Woolverton Inn in December 2025 was nothing short of a fairytale, and I cannot thank the owners, Mary and Mario, enough for making it the most memorable weekend of my life. We stayed in the Amelia suite, which felt like a private sanctuary with a cozy propane fueled fireplace, and a massive jetted tub that was perfect for relaxing. The property itself is a dream—10 acres of rolling hills and manicured gardens that felt incredibly serene even in the winter. One of our favorite parts of each day was opening the blinds towards the back of the inn and watching the adorable, friendly sheep that roam the grounds, a unique touch that added so much charm to the experience. The absolute highlight of the trip, of course, was when I proposed. I asked her to marry me under the beautiful white arbor, and she said YES! A couple of the inn staff were in on the secret and helped me coordinate a beautiful proposal. That evening, we celebrated our engagement at their on-site restaurant, Northridge, where the 1830s stone barn provided the most romantic backdrop imaginable. Both my steak and her salmon was a 10/10, especially the three-course country breakfasts we attended. Between the impeccable hospitality and the magic of the setting, this was the perfect place to start our next chapter together. We are already planning to come back to get married here in a few short months.
