The Basics

SELECT REGISTRY MEMBER SINCE 2023

Originally constructed in 1790 for the Cuthbert Family, this antebellum-style home served as a residence during the summer social season. While welcoming visits from other prominent families and political figures, their refreshing retreat along the bay was perfectly situated to capture cool, gentle coastal breezes. Over time, the home has been lovingly preserved and meticulously restored into the grand, historic inn it is today.

Highly recommend! Social hour and breakfast excellent. Amenity of bikes and day pass to Hunting Island State park very nice. Porches and large patio very comfortable, patio included a fire pit. Too warm for us at the time but cooler months would be tremendous. The hospitality of the Inn keepers could not have been better.
