We've stayed here many times for several reasons: 1) The hosts are wonderful. They go out of their way to please. 2) Within a couple of blocks from downtown, an easy walk. 3) The rooms are clean, very comfortable and very tastefully decorated. The breakfast is always a treat. If you're lucky you'll stay when they make their special French toast, it's a taste treat.

Stayed to attend a concert at the Arena. Location was great, less than a 5 minute walk to the arena 15 minutes to downtown. The breakfast was delicious (and they put ice cream on French toast!) and all the staff were friendly and attentive. Wonderful place, we will be back.

We stayed at Pettigru Place B&B for only one night, in the Green Rabbit room, but we would have joyfully stayed longer. The whole house is very beautiful and our room was amazing. Pettigru Place Bed and Breakfast was very clean and comfortable and decorated tastefully. Suzy was so nice and accommodating. She even gave us a little history of the home. We stayed in the Green Rabbit room which was warm and cozy. The chocolate covered strawberries were delicious and so was breakfast.
