Where to begin? I'll start by saying how amazing Marissa is. We arrived on July 4th after a 4 hr drive and were able to check in an hour or so early. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The photos online do not do it justice. The inn is centrally located, allowing us to walk virtually everywhere we chose to go. We really enjoyed breakfast, and were thankful for delicious meals that adhered to our dietary restrictions. The afternoon cookies were the best!

We had a fantastic stay at the Richard Johnston Inn! The room was large (we stayed in room 10 off the patio) and super clean. The location is ideal, right in Old Town Fredericksburg - we able to walk everywhere. The breakfast the next morning was outstanding! I would highly recommend!

This is a beautiful Inn! Location was perfect for walking to the river, restaurants, shops and museums. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They had anything you needed with great homemade banana chocolate chip cookies! Excellent location in downtown Fredericksburg! We stayed in the Kitchen House and it was a great room for the three of us, with easy access to the Inn's courtyard, a short walk to the new Riverfront Park, and steps from many great restaurants and shops. The staff were great, breakfast was wonderful, and we would love to stay again.
