We are excited to announce the cheesemaking class continues to be a huge success and we are already planning for the 2025 cheesemaking class at The Addison on Amelia Island with Linda and Larry Faillace from Three Shepherds Farm in Warren VT. This 3-day class will be held at The Addison on Amelia Island January 17 - 20, 2025. Spend the weekend in historic downtown Fernandina Beach, FL learning the secrets of cheesemaking and making cheese to enjoy at the inn and take home to share with friends. The class includes making a variety of cheeses, breakfast each morning at the inn, lunch on Saturday and Sunday, and an evening social hour Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at the inn. Also included are a wine and cheese tasting Saturday evening before dining at Burlingame Restaurant, and a pizza-making class and craft brew tasting at First Love Brewing Monday before departure.
