Inn was very nice location and good service. The room was great. I would definitely return but eat elsewhere.
Restaurant food was fair and over priced. I have never been charged for ice before, never mind $2 extra!

I’d like to say how nice the entire staff treated us. Everyone was friendly and always wearing a smile. This was our first time at Barrows and can’t wait to return. Thanks to everyone for making our visit special.

A very nice, welcoming restaurant. Barrows has a family friendly, and a warm atmosphere. The food is excellent and the drinks were even better! Highly recommend.

The visit here was part of the holiday tour of Vermont Country Inns to support the local food bank. We did not stay the night here. This inn is a sister property to the Dorset Inn. Rooms feel more modern but each room has its own feel. They have a good number of rooms and did a great job decorating for the christmas holiday!

My family ate at the restaurant. The fried chicken meal was amazing. My mom and I both agreed that it was the BEST meal we’d eaten while vacationing in VT.
Only complaint- we ate in the dining room, but the music from the bar was still a bit loud/distracting. When you’re paying $$$ for top notch food, you expect a little quieter/more peaceful ambiance. Not a big deal, but...See More
