Pleasanton Courtyard Bed and Breakfast is Fayette County Georgia’s first licensed Bed and Breakfast. It is 6,000 square feet of elegance in an updated Victorian-style house, with grand crown molding, chandeliers, and granite throughout. As a Bed and Breakfast in Georgia, its primary mission is to be your choice for unique accommodations and a memorable experience; it can be your choice for intimate weddings, business meetings, and events as well.

Our B&B is nestled upon 19.8 acres of sprawling green lawns and wooded areas. When you drive up the tree-lined driveway and take in the well-manicured grounds, you feel as if you have left the busyness of life and entered your own private retreat. When parking you will get a glimpse of the large fully-stocked pond.

Pleasanton Courtyard’s multiple relaxing common areas keep the guests from feeling as if they must stay in their rooms. The Convenience Area is equipped with coffee and tea service, fruit, snacks, a refrigerator stocked with soft drinks, a microwave, couches, and a television. To unwind, there is an indoor Hot-Tub, Sauna, and Exercise Room. A local massage therapist can be contracted for on-site treatments.

The Great Room, looks out onto the courtyard and saltwater pool. It can be transformed into a chapel for intimate weddings. The Multipurpose Room has DVDs, games, and books. It is adjacent to the Theatre Room with its reclining sofas and snacks. These two rooms can be transformed into a conference room for meetings or events for up to 25 people.

The accommodations are peaceful, beautifully decorated, immaculate, and inviting. There are four rooms each with private bathrooms; three on the upper level and one on the main. The Redwood City Room is cozy with a queen-size bed. The Brightness of Sunnyvale Room has a King size bed and loveseat. The Berkeley Room boasts two (2) full-size beds, allowing for more than two guests. On the main level, the grandeur of the Palo Alto Suite, has a sitting room, extra-large shower, claw foot soaking tub and a four-poster King size bed. All rooms have a bistro set, luxury linens, plush towels, quality toiletries, cozy bathrobes, safes, yoga mats, hairdryers, and a television with Netflix. Served on fine china, a 2-course gourmet breakfast with French Press coffee is included in your stay.

The property has WIFI and safety features; i.e., fire sprinklers, extinguishers, carbon monoxide, and fire detectors. Smoking is allowed outside in designated areas.

The owners/innkeepers are the essences of what good hosts should be. Along with providing superior service, guests are given suggestions for activities and restaurants in the surrounding area. The innkeepers’ quarters expand the total house to over 8000 square feet. It is separate from the Bed and Breakfast, allowing Claude and Ingrid to be accessible, but not intrusive to their quests.

Pleasanton Courtyard is just a short drive from Tyrone, Peachtree City, and Senoia Georgia, minutes away from Pinewood Studios. It is 15 miles from the Atlanta Airport, 25 from Downtown Atlanta and area studios.
