We were very warmly greeted by Jeanette even though it was a very late evening arrival. The warm greeting was even more amazing when Jeanette greeted us again for breakfast the next morning serving up a fabulous 3 course breakfast. She was also great about sharing her knowledge of local restaurants and attractions. We met Erin, the Innkeeper, the next morning. She and Jeanette both prepare the wonderful breakfasts as well as attend to guest needs.
We stayed in the upper-level cottage suite next to the main house. We found it very convenient to pop over for breakfast. We appreciated the generous size of the room that included a separate complete kitchen. The suite was very well stocked with coffee, chocolates, cookies, kitchen wares, towels, and bedding. There was also a generous size lounging area with comfortable chairs and ottomans - perfect after a day of wine tasting and / or visiting the coast.
The location was close to McMinnville's downtown area but far enough away to enjoy a quite evening sipping wine in the garden behind the house. It is an incredibly charming place to stay!

This classic B&B has lovely clean rooms, a friendly knowledgeable owner, creative delicious breakfasts, and a great location. We enjoyed the easy walk to downtown McMinnville where we had several great meals and a lovely wine tasting. Thank you Erin.

Just delightful all-around. Gourmet breakfasts were excellent so happy to have a large bathroom. Enjoy sitting outside at night and it walks to 3rd Street or easy. Guys, reserve this for your wives or significants and can't go wrong!

Outstanding stay! It is all about the details and A Tuscan Estate nails it. The staff was very attentive, warm and gracious. The accommodations were superb. A evening stroll of a few blocks afforded us excellent t wine and excellent food. Many options to choose from. One of the best stays in recent memory!
