Welcome to the Antietam Overlook Farm! Set 1000 feet above the Historic Antietam Battlefield, our inn takes you back in time with our custom all-wood interior, antiques, and civil war artifacts scattered throughout our rustic seventeenth-century farmhouse design. We have fireplaces in every room. The Kitchen fireplace is a masterpiece and a fire every morning when the temps are low. The main gathering room, which we call the country room, is available to all guests and invites conversation, and sometimes it's just a place of quiet and calm. All six of our rooms are uniquely decorated. Five of those rooms have a soaking tub and a private porch. All of our rooms have their own bathroom with a shower. The view from most rooms is Westerly and boasts a 40-mile view and gorgeous sunsets. Great for a glass of wine, beer, or a cup of tea or coffee. We have high-speed mesh wifi for our guests to enjoy streaming their favorite tv shows or movies or to get some work done if need be. Every room has a Roku Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube, and Youtube TV for cable. Our Breakfast is a two-course, country-style breakfast that is sure to leave you full and satisfied. We offer options for our guests with allergies and other dietary restrictions. The Inn is very close to some of the best hiking trails in the Mid-Atlantic states. Get a taste of the Appalachian Trail, the C&O Canal, and the Battlefield of course. Several wineries, breweries, and a distillery are minutes away. Harper's Ferry is a 25-minute drive full of beautiful views of the countryside and an amazing view of the Potomac River as you cross into Virginia and West Virginia.
