This spot is so quaint and historic. The room was clean and had a great air conditioner. The common area was stocked at all times. The honor system jar for $1 that provided drinks and snacks was a perfect touch for a B&B vibe. The breakfast was delicious and my only quibble was the bed was way too firm for our liking. If you are staying in the area...See More

Good location near downtown! Rooms were cute, beds were comfortable, & breakfast was good! We never had an issue getting parking but the parking lot is small. One thing to keep in mind for guests, if you're in a room on the first floor you can hear the people walking in the room above you. I slept just fine even with that, but my travel companion did struggle to...See More

Stayed one night when we were riding the East Coast Greenway. The location is in a neighborhood near the highway but we really didn't hear it. Short walk to Providence Place. They were very accommodating with storing our bikes, they usually have a garage available but didn't the night we were staying but they provided us with other acceptable solutions. The interior of the house is beautiful and has...See More

Our Fri & Sat night stays were enjoyable in the very quaint B&B/hotel. Positive memories include well appointed rooms with tall ceilings, wide-plank pine floors, restored tall windows, comfortable bed with private bath. Breakfasts were generous and very good in a cozy eating area. Coffee was remarkably good. Negative remarks are few, with some beyond their control. Private parking is limited, though not much of a problem. Numerous tall...See More

Best hotel in Rhode Island. Better than 5 star hotels ($500+ hotels per night) I've been in. Food was great, incredibly cozy, super comfortable bedding. Great service. Super nice people. Would definitely come back again when I am in providence.
