All 14 rooms offer a private bathroom, are appointed with period furnishings, and feature their own temperature controls. Stayed one night when we were riding the East Coast Greenway. The location is in a neighborhood near the highway but we really didn't hear it. Short walk to Providence Place. Our Fri & Sat night stays were enjoyable in the very quaint B&B/hotel. Positive memories include well appointed rooms with tall ceilings, wide-plank pine floors, restored tall windows, comfortable bed with private bath. Best hotel in Rhode Island. Better than 5 star hotels ($500+ hotels per night) I've been in. Food was great, incredibly cozy, super comfortable bedding. Great service. Super nice people. Would definitely come back again when I am in providence.
