How do reservations and deposits work?
Reservations can be made online 24/7 through our secure booking system, and you'll receive a confirmation email right away. A one-night desposit is required at the tie of booking. A two night minimum stay applies year round for the cabins, one night stays for the suites - holiday and special events are longer minimums.
Check-In and Check-Out Times?
Check-in begins at 3pm, and check-out is at 11am. Early arrivals and late check outs are available when possible. For late arrivals, guests can easily arrange a contactless check-in.
Is there a grocery store nearby?
Yes. Hart's grocery is within a mile. Hart's also delivers to your cabin. Full size fridges in King cabin, smaller fridges in Queen cabins and suites.
Do you accept pets?
Service animals are always allowed. Other dogs are allowed on a case by case basis, and only for select cabins. Please call the office to book.
Are there cabins with two beds? Are children allowed?
Our cabins have either one king bed or one queen bed, for that reason children are not encouraged.
Is there parking? How much?
There is ample parking for just about any vehicle. Each cabin has a parking pad right next to the door. All the parking is free.
Do you make restaurant reservations?
Yes! However, most restaurants in town do not need reservations. We are happy to make reservations for you at the restaurants that require them.
Where do we buy tickets for attractions around town?
We can help with that. Please let us know in advance of your visit and we are happy to have the tickets waiting for you upon your arrival.
Do you have fireplaces?
Yes, all of our cabins feature natural gas fireplaces available seasonally from approx. Oct thru May. No need to bring firewood.
How close are you to downtown?
The cabins are less than a mile from the heart of the historic district. We are on the trolly line. Cabs and ubers are available in our town as well. Downtown area is less than 2 miles, Black Bass .5 miles, Lake Leatherwood 2 miles, Great Passion Play 4 miles just to name a few.
How far are you from the closest major airport?
XNA (Northwest Arkansas Airport) is in Bentonville. It is 30 miles but a 75 minute drive. Our local cab company, Fuzzie's, will pick you up and drop you off. Please call 479-253-6699 well in advance of your arrival/departure.
Are the cabins remote or secluded?
Eureka Sunset sits on 6 wooded acres at thge edge of the city limits. Guests enjoy the privacy of the forest with the convenience of being just minutes from downtown attractions, restaurants and shopping. We are on the trolly time (our local version of a bus). Cabs and Ubers are available in our town as well.
Do you make restaurant reservations? Do you have tickets for the attractions?
Yes to both. Most restaurants in town do not need reservations, but if they do, we can make the reservation for you. Tickets to attractions are available as well - just let us know and we will have them waiting for you upon arrival.
How far is Eureka Sunset from Branson or Bentonville or Fayetteville?
Bentonville and Fayetteville are a 60 minute drive, Branson is a 70 minute drive.
