Our Reviews
Staying at the John Rutledge House Inn was truly a memorable experience!! The inn is located within walking distances of all that historic Charleston has to offer. The amenities and breakfast were fabulous. The hospitality of everyone we encountered was truly special! - Kathy L.
My wife and I went to Charleston for a long weekend to celebrate her birthday. We enjoy staying at B&Bs and were fortunate to have selected the John Rutledge House. From the moment we stepped through the front door everyone was very friendly and professional. The staff all made time to introduce themselves and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Charleston. -Darryl B.
We came in for the Presidents’ Day weekend from NYC. The John Rutledge house was absolutely perfect - well located, very historic but with all the necessary modern convenience and no issues from the age of the hotel. The daily included breakfast was delicious and the special touches like snacks, coffee, tea, and brandy bar throughout the day set it very far apart. Most importantly, the staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. - Gerome V.
