The Basics

SELECT REGISTRY MEMBER SINCE 2024

In 1821, Dr. Peter Allen hired architect-builder Willis Smith of CT to construct his home. This would become Smith's most memorable accomplishment and the crowned Jewel of Federal Neo-Classical architecture in the area.

Today, The Peter Allen Inn and Event Center has become northeast Ohio's premier venue to host events for all occasions. It is an exquisite piece of Kinsman's history that offers elaborate event spaces, luxurious overnight accommodations, and extraordinary culinary experiences.

From the moment we sat down, Josh greeted us with a warm, welcoming smile that set the tone for the evening. His attention to detail was impeccable – he was knowledgeable about the menu, offering insightful suggestions and...See More

We had an lovely Valentine's Day dinner at the Inn. We asked for an early seating at 5pm so there was no crowd. When we left at 7, the parking lot and dining room were both full. The Inn had a special holiday menu but we ordered from the menu. Appetizers, entrees, dessert and coffee. Our server, Christina, was excellent and added to the evening. Food arrived as ordered...See More

I used the Inn to host a baby shower, and I was not disappointed! They were affordable, friendly, convenient, and easy to work with. Megan was fantastic! I would definitely recommend this venue and I will be back, if it's ever needed! Thank you to the staff that worked my event.

We came here for the veteran's appreciation lunch. It was quite crowded and there were only a couple of servers. We had the pleasure of having Becky as our server. She was wonderful and pleasant. The food was spectacular, and the atmosphere was very nice. Great drink selection as well. This was our first time here but we will definitely be back.
