Guest Reviews

This was our favourite place to stay across a roadtrip. It's a lovely independent place that's worked hard to preserve all the period features, and both interior and exterior are gorgeous. The town is the perfect size to enjoy for a day or so with a really nice indie feel and plenty to get to in the surrounding area. The hospitality and check-in can't be faulted

My husband and I stayed at the Silas W Robbins House back in August. I can't say enough great things about the place and the innkeepers. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was updated and...See More

We had a lovely time at the b&b! Olga was a wonderful host and very kind during our short stay. The Christmas decorations were starting to go up and it looked beautiful. The breakfast table was also set up so nicely (and the food was great- she was kind enough to fix gluten free foods). The bathroom in our room looked to be recently renovated and was very nice....See More

Our stay at the Silas Robbins house last week was simply amazing! The house has been impeccably restored, and is so beautiful and cared for both inside and out (the gardens are lovely too). There had been a cancellation, so the owner offered us a choice of rooms, instead of just the one we booked. The neighborhood is so safe, we walked to a great outdoor restaurant for dinner,...See More

I stayed here around the holidays, and it was so beautifully decorated. The house is beautiful, the rooms are all very nicely put together. The three-course breakfasts are quite good and the hosts were so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.
