Only a block from the train station on the main street, the Richard Johnston Inn is located in the middle of historic Fredericksburg, Virginia! This Victorian-esque home was built in 1890 and has since been refurbished to its original grandeur.

This is a beautiful Inn! Location was perfect for walking to the river, restaurants, shops and museums. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They had anything you needed with great homemade banana chocolate chip cookies! Great location, room was clean and comfortable and the service was great. We skipped the breakfast so can't comment on it. We arrived early (around noon) and our room was ready so we were able to check-in. There is a Courtyard one block over and I'm a Platinum Marriott member but prefer staying at B&B's like this one anytime I can.

Thank you for a wonderful last minute stay. As bed and breakfast owners ourselves, we cherish the time we get when we can visit other bed and breakfast inns and enjoy the personal service we give to our own guests.
