Debra was so accommodating! We got stuck in traffic and arrived late, but she welcomed us and made us feel right at home! The entire place was beautifully decorated with gold accents everywhere! Our room was so nice! The chef and his daughter served an amazing breakfast! They are awesome!! The fresh cookies that are available 24/7 were dangerously delicious! You can’t walk by without grabbing one. We sat on the balcony rocking chairs the first night we were there and it was so peaceful. It is the perfect spot to be walking distance to lots of great shopping and restaurants, but then you can tuck away to a nice quiet space with a waterfront view. We parked our car on Friday and didn’t move it until Sunday when we had to leave. If you’re looking for a nice weekend getaway, this is the place to stay!

My wife and I have been to St. Michaels many times and we had never stayed at The Hambleton Inn. Last weekend was our first time there and it was great! From our room to the wonderful breakfasts that we had during our stay. The hospitality was perfect and we look forward to going back. I highly recommend the Hambleton Inn.

The owner/innkeeper does a masterful job at covering all bases. She is warm and gracious upon meeting you. She has thought of, and delivered, on a myriad of tiny details and niceties that add up to a incredibly lovely experience. I will definitely be going back for another visit!

The inn is sytlishly appointed and each time we came back from our day, it felt welcoming and incredibly comfortable. The breakfasts prepared and served by Patrick were top level - from the starter to the main course to the baked treats. He remembered all of our dietary requests. It was like dining in a Michelin Star restaurant. The Inn was an elegant home away from home. Debra is an incredible host and we will be visiting again!
