Enjoy a three-course gourmet country breakfast prepared to order. Breakfast service is offered between 8:30 and 10 am. Enjoy your breakfast in our dining room, your guestroom (upon request) or seasonally on our porch and patios. Look forward to our gourmet breakfast with mouth watering selections like “Dutch Baby” Soufflé Pancake with Brandied Apples or a Brie and Herb Omelet with Roasted Tomato). All entrées are accompanied by homemade Apple-Cranberry Turkey Sausage, Maple Glazed Thick Slab Bacon, or Apricot Glazed Pork Sausage. Beverage choices include fresh squeezed orange juice, Costa Rican organic shade-grown coffee, hot chocolate topped with a homemade marshmallow or one of our fine English teas.
Our three courses include fresh baked breads, fresh fruit or our homemade granola and finally your choice of entrée (such as Gran Marnier French Toast or Brie and herb omelet with roasted tomato). Entrees are accompanied by homemade apple-cranberry turkey sausage, maple glazed bacon, or glazed pork sausage. Gluten free and other special dietary options available with advanced notice.
