The Select Rewards loyalty program was created to encourage guests to stay within the Select Registry brand and as a reward to guests for "staying Select." It is one of the tools that members use to network with each other by referring guests within the network. It also will increase your own repeat guest ratio by rewarding your guests for returning and by utilization of the text marketing opportunities to remarket to former guests. When a guest earns 12 points (one for each night’s stay) within a two-year period, they receive a $100 Reward that is valid for two years and can be used at any Select Registry member property. Guests also benefit from the program by being eligible to win monthly and quarterly gift certificate giveaways. If a guest only stays one night, they could still receive a $100 or $500 reward! Guest loyalty is important for the success of your business, below are links to documents and a video with valuable information, instructions and strategies to build your guest database.
Invite guests to join the program by signing up at the touch-screen kiosk provided by Select Registry. It takes less than 20 seconds to enroll.
When a guest submits a stay at the kiosk at your property, you will receive an email the following morning to approve all pending stays. Verify this information with your reservation system and approve the stay if it is correct. If it is not correct, please correct the number of nights and then approve. If you change the number of nights or deny the request, the guest will receive an email notifying them of such and encouraging them to contact Select Registry with questions.
Guests can redeem $100 Select Rewards Certificates toward stays or any other product or service offered.
Select Registry will reimburse you for the full $100.
