A slower, more meaningful way to say goodbye to 2026 and welcome in 2027.
Thursday evening, enjoy Spanish tapas and wine, with a champagne toast at midnight. No class this evening. Enjoy our simple but elegant New Year’s celebration with upscale guest cocktails and snacks.
Friday opens with New Year’s brunch by Hannah, served late at around 10 am. Early that evening is Sushi 101, a participatory class covering rice, knife work, and rolling.
Saturday afternoon brings French macarons: how to make the shells and the fillings. After class, guests can head out to one of our favorite local restaurants. We are happy to make reservations ahead. Check-out is Sunday morning.
