Clean, quiet, comfortable and a great location. It is next door to Tryon Palace and the tour bus starting point. Breakfast was tasty and included gluten free options. Great restaurants a short walk away. Plenty of parking behind building and the Tesla EV charger was a pleasant surprise. We highly recommend Aerie House.

Stayed here for our anniversary and it was an awesome experience. The hosts are great! They started out the day by giving us a mini champagne bottle at check in and it was on the house! John the host is so amazing, after we checked out our flight got delay/canceled. He gave us back our room at last minute, offer coffee and breakfast at 6am.
