This is such a hidden gem. The views of the sunrise every morning was breath taking. The staff, especially Blue and Alexandria was beyond accommodating. Everyone was so friendly. The breakfast each morning was so delicious. Our room was perfect, from the cleanliness, fireplace, comfortable bed, private balcony and a huge bathroom. Perfect get a way. We will definitely try to return someday.

Possibly my favorite hotel experience ever! Alexandria took excellent care of us at breakfast and checkout. Our suite was impeccably decorated and kept very clean and up-to-date. The hot tub with the view? Unbeatable. Respectfully, it was almost TOO cute. The location was convenient to the park but a good distance removed from the chaos of Gatlinburg.

We honeymooned here 20 years ago and have been coming back the last 5 or 6 years for our anniversary including our 20th this year. The rooms and service are great. We love the breakfast and snack in the evening.
