Lovely stay at the Hotel Carter as usual. The hotel is very quaint and comfortable, my room was super cozy and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast consists of a nice assortment of housemade baked goods, fruit, coffee, tea, juice, and a hot entree served table-side. Definitely the best hotel in Eureka. Dog friendly rooms aplenty so LuLu could be with us during our four nights stay. Delicious breakfast included served daily. Dining area off limits to dogs but lobby area is open for them and we ate our breakfast near the fireplace. My sister lives nearby in Bayside and we’ve finally found a place to stay that we will gladly return to.

We booked this last minute while on a road trip and the staff could not have been more accommodating. They got us booked, sent instructions for after hours check in and even provided complimentary wine in our room that was delicious!
