Guest Reviews

Very pleasant 4-day stay. Food was very good. Hotel accommodated our daily activity schedule by opening breakfast at 7:30AM. #1 highlight was Ian, a wonderful bartender with whom my group had lots of fun. Room was fine, spacious, quiet. Bathroom could use some updating. Small room fridge would have come in handy.

This is a lovely and convenient hotel and I'm so glad we chose it. The rooms are very spacious and nice. The complimentary breakfast every morning included a lovely Continental buffet with delicious pastries and the hot options made to order were always on point. The complimentary glass of wine each evening was a special treat and Ian the bartender makes an amazing Bee's knees. Everyone from the front...See More

We had a lovely stay at the Carter Cottage! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, recognized us each day and asked about our daily adventures. We were so appreciative of the little surprises and attention to detail -- we felt like VIPs! The breakfast each day was so delicious -- we really loved the overnight oats and beignets. Our dinner at Restaurant 301 was incredible as well. Carter...See More

A perfect stay! It was everything we could have wanted. When we arrived, we met Sarah, who was so warm and welcoming. We stayed at the Carter House 31 years ago on our honeymoon, and they upgraded us to a beautiful suite. We stayed in room 202, a corner suite surrounded by windows — light, bright, and spacious, The fireplace was beautiful, and the jetted tub was amazing. We...See More
