Guest Reviews

Our stay at Foxfield Inn exceeded expectations! I review properties carefully when looking for the best places to stay and saw that this inn was replete with glowing reviews. It is deserving of all. The property itself is in a gorgeous setting; just far enough from the city to give it that country feel while still being close enough to access very popular tourist destinations, great dining, world-class wineries...See More

We returned to Foxfield Inn for first time in three years and were even more impressed than before. I booked a surprise weekend stay for my wife's birthday, along with some family members, and it felt as if we were returning to a family homestead. Such a warm and inviting place, and we can't say enough about the owner and her help. Brigitte was so kind, and even surprised...See More

This is a must stay if you are anywhere in the Charlottesville area. First, the ambiance. Beautiful decor, luxurious rooms with fireplaces, huge jacuzzi tubs and every thought of amenity. Then the hot tub which is perfect for any season. Next comes the breakfast. I’m pretty sure there is a five star chef lurking in the kitchen. The food was phenomenal, delicious, well prepared and a feast to all...See More

Such a delightful place! We felt like royalty. Stunning room, beautiful grounds, delicious breakfast and snacks, and excellent hospitality. Lots of fun extras to enhance your stay, like homemade cookies, popcorn, good books and dvds, and cozy common area rooms. Brigitte was an exceptional host. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.
