Winter is the best time to visit! Lake Huron turns icy and it is the best time to relax in the outdoor hot tub and stargaze.
A trip to Lumberman's Monument is a "must do" when visiting. Tip; this is one of the best places to watch the sunset.
If you are at Huron House on a Wednesday, go to the farmers market! You'll find locally sourced meats, fresh bread & jams.

Cross Country ski (or hike if there's no snow) through miles of terrain on the Corsair Cross Country Trail

Our suite was more amazing than what we anticipated. The view of Lake Huron from our room was stunning. Fantastic innkeeper and staff. All breakfast and desserts were wonderful. Each day we had 3 options for breakfast, all very good. We also could let them know what time we wanted to have it delivered to our room, You won't be disappointed.

Huron House is a place for serenity. My husband and I really enjoy coming here . The services is excellent. Staff is absolutely attentive and friendly. Rooms are nice and clean. The view is amazing from our room . This is a place I would love to visit yearly. It’s very romantic.

We were here in February so it was not in its full glory, however it was beautiful even in winter. The Sunrise Suite has a private little deck and private hot tub with lake views.
